Payment Terms & Conditions:
A 50% deposit is due upon order. The remaining balance is due upon completion. Cash or check must be available upon pick up. If quilt is being returned by shipment, remaining balance due must be received before quilt will ship. A charge of $30.00 will be added to all orders in which a check is returned due to insufficient funds. Customer agrees to the above terms. Customer agrees to allow Diane Tomaszewski to photograph quilt(s) for use on website, facebook, in brochures and other portfolio pieces.
